Where will UNLOCK CCXP25 take place?

UNLOCK will be held from December 3 to 7, 2025, at São Paulo Expo – Imigrantes, as part of CCXP25’s official B2B programming.

 

When is the event happening?

 

December 3: 2 PM to 8 PM
December 4–7: 10 AM to 7 PM

Credential Pick-up and Access

If you selected home delivery during your purchase, your credential will be shipped prior to the event, with deliveries starting in October 2025.

If you chose on-site pick-up, you will receive a QR Code by email or accessible via your Mundo Ticket account. Pick-up will take place at the Mundo Ticket desk, located in the parking area of São Paulo Expo – Imigrantes, on dates communicated via email.

 

In both cases, you must register in advance on the matchmaking platform to access the event and take part in all activations and experiences.

 

What is the UNLOCK matchmaking tool?

The UNLOCK matchmaking tool is a digital platform designed to connect participants with shared interests, enabling business meetings, strategic networking, and collaboration opportunities.

It allows companies and professionals to:

  • Create their profiles
  • Discover other participants
  • Send meeting requests
  • Exchange messages

All in one place — before, during, and after UNLOCK25.

How do I set up my profile?

When accessing the matchmaking platform for the first time, click on “Login” or “Register” and follow the steps to create your profile, including your photo, personal, and professional information.

You’ll then be able to search for your company (if already registered) or create a new one.

⚠ If you register a new company, you will automatically become the administrator of that company profile.

Tip: Fill out your profile in Portuguese and English as well, especially if you'd like to attract attention from international participants.

 

My company is already registered. Do I need my own credential and profile to attend the event?

Yes. Access to UNLOCK is personal and non-transferable.
If other team members also wish to attend, schedule meetings, or access the business environment, each person must create their own profile and purchase an individual credential.

 

How can I schedule meetings with companies on the matchmaking platform?

The meeting scheduling feature will be available starting October 6, 2025. Once live, you’ll be able to:

  • Schedule meetings with other users
  • See who has viewed your profile

For in-person meetings, the system will automatically assign a meeting location.
After the in-person event, you can also host online meetings. Just set up your preferred video call link directly in your profile settings.

 

How do I send messages or check previous conversations?

The messaging tab will be enabled along with the matchmaking tool (see launch date above). Once available, you will be able to:

  • Send direct messages to registered users
  • Find and message collaborators from other companies
  • View your message history under the Messages tab

Can I reserve a seat for a talk or presentation?

UNLOCK offers a highly curated program focused on pop culture, innovation, and meaningful connections.
Due to limited capacity, attendance at sessions is subject to room availability

How can I add content and projects to my profile?

Under your profile, you’ll find the “Add Content and Projects” section.
There, you can upload products, services, case studies, ongoing initiatives, or any material that represents your company’s work.

These additions serve as a strategic showcase within the platform, increasing your visibility and helping generate qualified connections and business opportunities.

 

How can my company gain more visibility on the platform?

You can increase your company's visibility by:

  • Filling out your profile with detailed information
  • Adding projects, products, or case studies

  • Actively participating in scheduled business meetings

  • Using strategic keywords in your company description

These actions make it easier for others to find you and increase your chances of forming meaningful connections.

 

Can I use the matchmaking tool to find partners beyond the event?

 

Absolutely!
The matchmaking platform was designed not only for short-term meetings, but also to open the door to future partnerships, collaborations, sourcing opportunities, and long-term projects.

The platform will remain active until April 31, 2026.
