How to Use the Matchmaking Business Platform - Complete Guide

This guide will walk you through every step of using our business meeting scheduling platform — whether you are a first-time visitor or a returning participant. By the end, you will be able to create your profile, set your preferences, explore company portfolios, schedule meetings, and book content sessions.
About the Business Matchmaking Hub
The Business Matchmaking Hub is your central space for connecting with other participants, scheduling meetings, and discovering opportunities.
- Business Meetings – Easily set up online or in-person meetings with companies attending the event.
- Profile Setup – As soon as you register with your email, password, and personal information, you’ll be prompted to fill in your company information.
- Your company profile is your “business card” for potential partners — be as detailed as possible.
- Tip: Fill in your profile in English, since many international companies use the platform.
- Passes Are Personal – The pass granting access to business meetings is personal and non-transferable.
- If multiple members of your company want access to the Business area, each must create their own profile and purchase a separate pass.
1. Registration (First-Time Users)
- Go to https://unlock.ccxp.com.br/
- Click “Register” (top right corner).
- Fill in your personal details
- Review privacy settings:
- Show or hide your contact information.
- Allow or block direct meeting invites. (If blocked, only you can initiate requests.)
- Click “Create Account” to finish.
- Tip: You can update privacy settings anytime under Account → Edit User.
2. Ticket Selection & Promotional Codes
- Choose your ticket
- Looking for Conference Only or General Public tickets? Use this link.
- Apply a discount code:
- Enter code in Coupon field.
- Click “Validate Coupon” before payment.
- Accept Terms of Use and proceed to payment.
3. Company Profile Setup
- Start typing your company name.
- If it appears in the dropdown, select it.
- If not, click “Create a new company” and fill in details (name, sector, description, etc.).
- Save your company information.
4. Reactivating a Profile (Returning Participants)
- Click “Sign In” on the homepage.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Click “Get Access” to select your ticket.
- Apply coupon (if any).
- Confirm company details by clicking “Confirm Representation”.
5. Event Preferences (Timezone, Meeting Platform, Availability)
- Timezone – Relevant for online meetings only.
- Preferred meeting platform – Default option for all online invitations.
- Available times – Indicate your meeting availability.
- (In-person schedules always follow Brazil Time.)
- Click Save.
6. Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard provides:
- Quick links to edit your personal/company profile.
- Meeting & message overview.
- Event info and suggested in-person venues.
7. Creating Your Company Portfolio
- Open your company profile.
- Click “+ Add Content”
- Add descriptions, images, videos of your products or services.
- Save to boost visibility.
Tip: On your Company Page, you can see who viewed your profile.
8. Meetings
How to schedule a meeting
- Go to the Companies tab.
- Search for the company you’re interested in.
- Click “Invite to the meeting”.
- Select the person, then date/time.
- In-person: The platform assigns a table number.
- Online: The location is your preferred video conferencing link (set in your profile).
- Click Send Invitation.
Managing your meetings
- Meetings Page – View/edit invitations and change online meeting links.
- Calendar Page – View confirmed meetings and block unavailable times.
- Messages Page – Chat, confirm/cancel meetings, and send invites without leaving chat.
9. Messages & Communication
- From Companies tab → click “Send Message” next to a company.
- Or use the Messages Page (top menu) to view chat history or start new conversations.
- You can also confirm, cancel, or edit meetings from here.
10. Booking Content Sessions or Activities
- You must have a pass that allows bookings.
- Reservations are valid until 10 minutes before the activity starts.
- Booking limits depend on your pass type.
- To cancel, remove from your calendar or click the booking button again.
11. Calendar for Online & In-Person Meetings
- Two separate calendars:
- Online Meetings
- In-Person Meetings
- Here you can view all confirmed meetings and block unavailable slots.
Important: When scheduling an online meeting, check the participant’s timezone (displayed on their profile).
