I am the co-founder of Equilibria Hub, an integrated consultancy that connects organizational psychology, space organization, corporate events, and internal marketing, transforming work environments into healthier, more productive, and strategic places. Our purpose is to promote balance between well-being, organization, and creativity.

We operate based on behavioral science and space management to reduce psychosocial risks, engage employees, and align companies with the requirements of NR-1 and NR-17, strengthening organizational culture.
