Founded in 2012 in Curitiba, Brazil, by filmmaker Lucas Estevan Soares, IHC Studio is a Brazilian film production and distribution company known for combining artistic vision and business strategy. In 2023, it released the feature film Neon Heart, screened in theaters and recognized in Cannes as a representative of the New Brazilian Popular Cinema. With operations also in the United States, IHC Studio has produced documentaries, campaigns, and music projects throughout its 10-year journey, establishing itself as a leading voice in contemporary independent Brazilian cinema.

In the heart of Curitiba, the Boqueirão neighborhood is under the brutal rule of the Owl Heads, a private militia that uses violence to control the community. When Gomes, a dangerous former criminal, returns to reclaim power, the neighborhood’s resistance is reignited.
