Amana Cine is an independent Brazilian production company focused on socially engaged documentaries for over 15 years. Its works include series, medium-length, and seven feature documentaries, all showcased at major film festivals worldwide. The most recent series, “It’’ my pleasure”, was nominated for the 2025 International Emmy. The feature "Incompatible with Life” (2023) premiered at It’s All True Festival, winning Best Film Award, qualifying for the Oscars, and being named Best Documentary of 2023 by APCA. A short version was published by The New York Times. “Your Turn” (2019) premiered at the Berlinale, winning the Amnesty and Peace Awards, and screened at over 120 festivals worldwide, earning more than 25 prizes.
