Carlos, a filmmaker without a film and a homeless citizen, finds a new beginning in the 9 de Julho Occupation of the MSTC (Movement of Homeless Workers). Amidst the collective routine of over 100 organized families, the commitments of the movement, and his trajectory with indigenous peoples, he embarks on a search for a new film – and ends up discovering something unexpected. In the forgotten basement of the building, two men have lived for years on the margins of the occupation itself: Baía, who has lived in the basement for 15 years, and Jorge, a Peruvian who has shared the space, overtaken by garbage and precariousness, with him for 3 years. An occupation within an occupation. Inspired by the atmosphere of Parasite, the film delves into the subterranean layers of the 9 de Julho Occupation, revealing the human and political dilemmas that emerge when the collective must deal with the invisible among the invisible.
