Gabrielle Alves, a 16-year-old orphan, runs away from home to pursue her dream of becoming an actress in Rio de Janeiro. However, that dream turns into a nightmare after she becomes the master of Farid, the last of the Djinn, and finds herself entangled in a secret war between the enigmatic Djinn and the shadowy Breus, creatures battling for control of the mysterious Sands of Desire, powerful grains capable of granting any wish. Seduced by the possibility of using this magic to fulfill her ambitions, Gabrielle faces a dilemma: will she be able to achieve her goals through her own effort, or will she succumb to the temptation of a power that may cost her very soul? The project is co-produced with the studio Noches Production.
