Documentary series in three episodes about the Joelma Building fire in São Paulo, in 1974, which left 187 dead and more than 300 injured. A tragedy broadcast live on TV, which shocked the country, showing the despair of the victims who jumped from the building to escape the heat of the flames. The series will be directed by Rubens Rewald, an experienced filmmaker with seven feature films directed. Rewald has a personal connection to the theme: His father prepared the building's hydraulic and electrical projects and had to answer to a criminal lawsuit. His personal story will be the guiding thread of the series. The series is budgeted at U$ 400,000.00 and is seeking co-producers.
