ANABELA CUNHA
Anabela Cunha, Founder of Connecting Dots, is a cultural alchemist who transforms stories, music, and global heritage into living experiences. With a Master’s in Social Sciences (LSBU–London), she works at the intersection of social impact, diversity, and cultural innovation. From the creation of AMAJAZZON, a festival that celebrates the Amazon through music, to bringing WOMAD to Brazil; from reviving ancestral rhythms in Marimba to producing the Nelson Freire tribute recitals at the Copacabana Palace, her work pulses with purpose and elegance. As executive and musical director of Amália Amada, she explores the deep ties between Amália Rodrigues and Brazil. She leads multidisciplinary teams and opens paths for the next generations, especially women.
